Canpolat was the pioneer of Tourism in Fethiye. He regrets the mass tourism scene in the area and has retired to Belen a quiet district of Kaya Village, where he has built two comfortable semi-detached villas for the use of his guests.

The villas have a large en-suite bedroom, spacious living room with fine fireplace, and a kitchen area with both washing and washing-up machine, stove, kettle refrigerator and iron. Though there is air-conditioning the cool breezes of Kaya hardly necessitates its use. The balconies look out toward the northern Kaya hills from here or from the central shaded garden terrace you can watch Canpolats many animals.
